Cold snap – PSI
Expansion in the services sector eased back during May, with a seasonally adjusted PSI for May at 54.2.
Middling May – PMI
Although still in positive territory, a second consecutive slowdown in expansion meant the manufacturing sector was at similar levels last seen over a year ago, with a seasonally adjusted PMI for May at 52.7.
Top service – PSI
Activity in the services sector continued its upwards momentum during April, with a seasonally adjusted PSI for April at 58.9.
Autumn tinge – PMI
Despite a dip, New Zealand’s manufacturing sector remains in solid expansion, with a seasonally adjusted PMI for April at 55.2.
Indian Summer – PSI
Activity in the services sector was back on track in March after a dip in expansionary levels during the previous month, with a seasonally adjusted PSI for March at 58.3.
Marching onwards – PMI
Activity in New Zealand’s manufacturing sector continued to march onwards, with a seasonally adjusted PMI for March at 58.4
